From the East

 

Dear Brothers:

 

I want to apologize for my absence at the last meeting.  I was planning to attend the meeting on January 16^th but I got stuck in my office in Long Island until later hours.

 

In my absence, I want to thank all my Officers for their dedication and delivered a successful 3^rd Degree. I was told that many brothers stepped up and covered various positions in the very last minutes. I want to thank R\W\Tommy Lam for opening & closing the Lodge on my behalf, Brother David Chan filled in as JD, W\Frank Chan as Chaplain. For the Degree, Brother Brandon Butcher covered W\Victor Diaz and performed as Master, W\David Lee filled in as the SD for the raising, W\Frank Ramire as Chaplain, Bro. Clifford Lee tried out the JA part for the very first time, Bro. George Bosolet filled in as JMC, and Bro. Claude Cleare & Bro. Chris Medici were the 2 Stewards.  I am really happy to see the type of brotherhood among our Brothers in our Lodge. Good work. 

 

I also want to congratulate & welcome the 3 new Master Masons, Brothers Ed Chen, Carlos Rivera & Tony So.  I look forward to greeting you all at the next meeting in February.

 

The annual Chinese New Year Party is well underway. If you would like to assist on any position, please contact the General Coordinator of the party, R\W\Tommy Lam.

 

Please remember that out next meeting has been changed to February 11^th (Monday) and the regular meeting on Feb 20^th is therefore canceled.
